Non-alcoholic sangria

For those who don’t like to drink water but would like to increase their consumption, I suggest a non-alcoholic sangria!
Add to a large pitcher of water some chopped fruits such as apples, oranges or peaches, and place it in the fridge. The water will take on the aroma of the fruits, making a refreshing drink!


Applesauce

We can reduce the amount of fat and calories in many baked goods by replacing oil or butter with applesauce!
Just substitute 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce for each cup of oil or butter.
